Contract buy outs, releases, and a restructure.

Buy outs:
RB Stevan Ridley cut (2019 and 2020 $500k bonuses paid this year).
DB D.J. Reed cut (2019 and 2020 $500k bonuses paid this year).

Releases:
DT Clinton McDonald ($500k bonus 2019).
WR Josh Bellamy ($500k bonus 2019).
S Su'a Cravens ($500k bonus 2019).

Restructure:
Paying S Eric Berry an extra $4.5m in 2019 to reduce his remaining '20, '21, '22 contract from $6.5m to $5m.
