The Rays tried "aggressively" to re-sign Maddon, during that period, but Maddon opted out of his contract.[38] Maddon finished his tenure with a record of 754 wins and 705 losses.

With due respect to "bob nightingale" (Pretty sure I know the name), Maddon wasn't fired.

Looks like MLB LIVE paid out in full, $1330 paid out for 2017 season, with $415.05 being transferred to 2018 season.  Some of us paid for two years in advance to trade draft picks so the transfer makes sense to me.  Everything looks right on the surface except that Arizona got double paid and LA Dodgers got missed.

Washington - World Series Winner, paid out $400, that looks right
Cleveland - World Series Runner Up, paid out $300, that looks right
Cincinnati - LCS Loser, paid out $152,50, that looks right
Houston - LCS Loser, paid out $152.50, that looks right
Arizona - NL Divisional Loser, paid out $130, should have been $65
LA Dodgers - NL Divisional Loser, didn't get paid out, should have been $65
Boston - AL Divisional Loser, paid out $65, that looks right
Tampa Bay - AL Divisional Loser, paid out $65, that looks right

Minnesota (commissioner) - $65 but shouldn't have, probably Fantrax Treasurer fee?
